Welcome to Classroom Hacks!

Practical teaching tools, creative ideas and interactive resources — all free for teachers.

Welcome to Classroom Hacks, a website created by a primary school teacher, for primary school teachers.

With over 20 years of experience working with young children, I understand how rewarding teaching can be, but I also know how busy school life gets. Finding fresh ideas, preparing resources and keeping children engaged takes time. That’s why I created Classroom Hacks: to bring together useful tools, creative resources and practical ideas that make everyday teaching a little easier.

Everything you need, all in one place

Classroom Hacks is packed with resources designed to support teaching and learning in primary schools, including:

  • Interactive whiteboard tools – a versatile classroom whiteboard with handy widgets for teaching handwriting, maths and English.
  • Classroom tools – practical features such as a random student name picker wheel and other useful teaching aids.
  • Worksheet makers – tools to help you create activities and resources for your pupils.
  • Interactive games and activities – engaging ways to bring learning to life.
  • Teaching tips and video tutorials – practical ideas, inspiration and guidance you can use in your classroom.

Whether you’re looking for a quick classroom activity, a new way to teach a tricky concept or a tool to make your working day easier, I hope you’ll find something useful here.

Free to access. No hidden paywalls.

Classroom Hacks is free to join and use. Simply create an account with your email address to access the available resources and tools. There are no hidden paywalls or paid memberships standing between you and the resources.

My aim is simple: to share useful ideas and practical tools with fellow teachers, helping us spend less time preparing and more time doing what matters most — supporting children to learn, grow and succeed.

Created by a teacher, for teachers

Classroom Hacks has grown out of my own experience in primary education and my enthusiasm for finding better, more creative ways to support learning. I’m always looking for ideas that are practical, engaging and genuinely useful in a busy classroom.

I hope Classroom Hacks becomes a place you return to whenever you need a little inspiration, a useful teaching tool or a fresh idea for your pupils.
